Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we seek your understanding and patience. We will also make reasonable efforts to inform you.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Shipping: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Marzy & Wells is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Marzy & Wells is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Delays due to weather, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
