Returns

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Orders placed in error
  • Gift purchases
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Minor variations in print, color, or packaging

All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Upon review, Marzy & Wells may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped by us
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing, production, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Marzy & Wells is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
